We are currently seeking self-motivated Field Service Technicians to fill immediate positions at Hercules. The Field Service Technician is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repair of commercial laundry equipment (washers and dryers) in the NY metropolitan area. The position provides the opportunity for personal growth through experience and training.

• This position requires a High School diploma or GED; one or two years of experience in technical support is preferred but not essential
• Organization, detail oriented and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work independently and with little supervision
• Manage a Hercules service vehicle; accountable for Hercules equipment and parts inventory in the field or in service vehicle
• On-the-job training provided; basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical and assembly of machines
• Valid driver’s license

We are currently seeking highly motivated warehouse associates to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Tasks include selection of parts for work orders, labeling parts, stocking shelves and warranty processing. This individual will also be a back-up parts driver to deliver parts to our technicians in the field in the NY Metropolitan area (use of company vehicle included for deliveries). The position provides the opportunity for personal growth through experience and training. A clean driver’s license is absolutely required.

• 1 -2 years verifiable recent experience
• Clean DMV record
• Work flexible hours, if necessary
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
• No record of license suspension, revocation, or reckless driving in the past 36 months
• Ability to pass Drug screen, DOT physical, Work physical, and background check

Experienced (non-manager)

Hercules is currently seeking truck drivers who can complete scheduled equipment deliveries using an 18-22 foot truck. The driver will deliver commercial washers and dryers to apartment buildings in the Tri-State area. The driver will work in a safe and efficient manner while following all Company, Federal, State and Local laws, safety rules, policies and procedures. The position provides the opportunity for personal growth through experience and training.

• 2 years verifiable recent experience
• Clean DMV record
• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Ability to lift washers and dryers working with a team (using hand trucks and dollies)
• Work flexible hours, if necessary
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
• No record of license suspension, revocation, or reckless driving in the past 36 months
• Not had a preventable accident in the past 12 months
• Accident Report available, if accident occurred within the last 3 years
• Not had more than two (2) previous employers in the past 12 months
• Meet all Department of Transportation requirements as prescribed by part 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
• Ability to pass Drug screen, DOT physical, Work physical, and background check

We are currently seeking self-motivated Production/Assembly workers to fill immediate positions at Hercules. The basic function of the Production/Assembly position is to perform all aspects of the warehouse operation at the direction of the Warehouse Manager. This includes participating in work teams learning about the washers, dryers and parts inventory. Other responsibilities include assembling commercial laundry equipment, rebuilding equipment and preparing equipment for re-use within the field. The position provides the opportunity for personal growth through experience and training.

• This position requires a High School diploma or GED; one+years of experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential
